Warranty Coverage

All refurbished Original Xbox consoles sold by Draynor Trading Co. include a 1-Year Hardware Warranty on the console itself, beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty covers the console hardware only — controllers, cables, and other accessories sold alongside it are not included. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer.

What's Not Covered

Accidental damage, liquid damage, power surges, misuse, damage resulting from opening the console, or modifications to the console.

How to Request Service

If a covered hardware failure occurs during normal use within one year of delivery, contact me on Etsy before sending the console back. Please include your original order information and a description of the issue.

The console can then be returned to Draynor Trading Co. for inspection at the buyer's expense.

If approved: The console will be repaired or replaced at Draynor Trading Co.'s discretion, and return shipping will be covered.

If not approved: If the issue falls outside the warranty coverage, the console will be returned at the buyer's expense.

Turnaround Expectations

Consoles are typically inspected within one week of arrival.
